Are you feeling stressed or anxious? Do you need a break? Then this is a great class for you! We will explore a variety of mindfulness techniques from breath work to guided exercises all aimed at relaxing and rejuvenating your body and mind. No prior experience necessary.
Sessions are free and open to all students, faculty, staff, and Charlottesville community members and guests. Prior registration is not required. Participation is first come, first served, so attendees are invited to arrive early to secure a spot.
