Clemons Room 220 Yoga Workshop Series - Yoga and Stress Reduction
If stress and anxiety are getting the best of you, try hitting the mat! Try yoga in this workshop that is specifically designed to reduce stress and increase health and well-being with breathwork, sequencing of postures, and relaxation practices. This workshop is open to all levels and experiences including beginners who have never done yoga before.
Sessions are free and open to all students, faculty, staff, and Charlottesville community members and guests. Prior registration is not required. Participation is first come, first served, so attendees are invited to arrive early to secure a spot.
