Relax & Recharge with Alexander Technique - Clemons
Unless otherwise noted, all classes will meet weekly from January 22 - May 3 (closed for spring break).
We will explore breath and balance; and rest and rejuvenation using a combination of quiet individual work and group interactive games. The activities are designed to ease your body and relax your mind. Sessions are also designed to help improve your attention and sharpen your presence. Come relax and have fun!
Sessions are free and open to all students, faculty, staff, and Charlottesville community members and guests. Prior registration is not required. Participation is first come, first served, so attendees are invited to arrive early to secure a spot.
