Yoga for Focus - Clemons

Every Tuesday from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Learn to utilize the timeless techniques of yoga including to help improve your focus, relieve stress, and transform your perspective. We will learn some basic yoga postures, utilize the breath in movement, and explore options to help focus the mind.
Sessions are free and open to all students, faculty, staff, and Charlottesville community members and guests. Prior registration is not required. Participation is first come, first served, so attendees are invited to arrive early to secure a spot.
