This annual event is a weight-neutral approach to healthy living for people of all shapes and sizes:

THE JEANS (and clothing) Donations:

Jeans not fitting? Instead of trying to change your body to fit unattainable image standards, wear what fits to feel comfortable, confident, and celebrate your unique body! Donate your jeans (or any men's, women's, and/or children's clothing in good condition) in exchange for a FREE Celebrate Every Body beanie and help to spread the message of body positivity! Donations go to support the Shelter for Help in Emergency.

  • South Lawn: February 24 - 28, 11:00 am-1:00 pm 
    (Bad weather location:  Newcomb Hall)

FREE YOGA FOR ALL BODIES:

Indulge in self-care as you sink into 60 minutes of deep release and relaxation in this restorative yoga class, sponsored by CSC. Guided meditation and gentle breath work are interwoven to help you center within your practice. This is a non-flow class accessible to all shapes, sizes, and ability levels. FREE and open to all.

  • Tuesday, Feb. 25, at 5:30pm in Clem 220

This is a breath-based movement yoga class with focus on body alignment. New participants will gain a foundation in the basic asanas while more advanced participants have the opportunity to push further. All students and IM-Rec members are invited to join for FREE.

  • Friday, Feb. 28, at 5:30pm in AFC, Studio 4

ART PROJECT: REFRAMED

Explore body image through words and imagery in this collaborative art experiential. Full length mirrors will serve as our canvas to express and examine body image, allowing what is seen to shift and evolve as more people add to the paintings. This event is FREE and open to all, no experience necessary, materials will be provided. Sponsored by Prosperity Eating Disorders & Wellness Center.

MENTAL WELLNESS SCREENING DAY:

Interested in a quick mental health check-up? This is a free, fast, anonymous way to see if a concern might need more attention and to learn how to improve your mental wellness. Visit Newcomb Hall Ballroom for a free mental wellness screening and receive immediate feedback about the results. Bring a friend!
