What is Mindful Eating?
Mindfulness is the capacity to bring full attention and awareness to one’s experience, in the moment, without judgment. Mindful Eating brings awareness to food choice and the experience of eating. In this workshop we will explore how mindfulness works in theory and practice, how to use mindfulness when you eat, examine stress vs. hunger,  and explore simple ways to integrate mindfulness and mindful eating as a daily practice even with when faced with a busy and fast paced schedule.
