In today’s workplace, we need the skills that allow us to listen, team-build, and innovate. In this class, you will learn practices that cultivate presence (calm from the inside out) while improving your ability to focus, collaborate, and achieve fulfillment in your career. Marga creates engaging experiential sessions based on research that creates positive changes in our relationship to stress, aligns our values with our behavior, and addresses habitual reactions through the practices of relaxation, mindfulness, and flourishing.

Marga Odahowski is an educator, author, and entrepreneur. Her mission is to bring the integration of research and practical skills to individuals to facilitate wellbeing and creativity.
