Title: “Understanding the Enneagram: A Path to Greater Self Awareness and Transformation "
Location: Rotunda Multipurpose Room

The Enneagram is a powerful tool for personal and collective transformation. It is represented as a nine-pointed symbol which relates to nine distinct strategies for relating to the self and the world. Each Enneagram type has a different pattern of thinking, feeling, and acting that arises from a deeper inner motivation or worldview.

In this session we will explore a brief history of how the Enneagram came about and how it can be used to lead to greater awareness of one’s self and interactions with others, leading to personal and collective transformation. Participants will be led through a guided meditation on the subject followed by time for group reflection and discussion.

Miska is a spiritual director in the Christian tradition, a certified yoga instructor, and holds a Master of Arts in counseling. For over fifteen years she has delighted in creating space for individuals and groups to reflect on their stories and learn to listen to the voice of love.

Along with the Enneagram, Miska uses multiple practices of contemplative prayer in her work with others. As a yoga teacher and gardener, Miska also believes in the healing power of being present in our bodies and connecting to the earth.
