We will explore topics such as working with zoom fatigue, understanding interoception, balance of activity vs stillness and rest, and positive states of mind that promote states of well-being. Each session will run for a span of three weeks, meeting once per week.

This class will be an experiential journey into the science and practice of resilience through meditation, mindful movement, reflection, and discussion. True resilience allows us to meet challenges in a way that leverages our human capacity for creativity, connection, care, and courage instead of collapsing into the unhealthy aspects of our fight, flight, and freeze response. This class is perfect for folks with any level of experience with mindfulness, and it can be taken as a series or as a drop-in class.
