Beginner Yoga Series

In this 6-week series, you will learn how yoga can help reduce stress and increase levels of fitness, health and well-being. Each week you will learn basic yoga poses and breathing techniques in order to integrate these wellness tools into your daily life.  
Free and open to all students, faculty, staff, and community members/guests. Prior registration is not required, and participation is on a first come, first served basis. Participants are invited to arrive early to secure a spot.
This 6-week series starts on Jan 25 and ends on Mar 1, 2018.
