Clemons Contemplative Rm 220

Join CSC contemplative instructors each Monday in exploring different elements of basic mindfulness meditation including awareness, breathwork, body scan and relaxation, stress reduction, emotional regulation, and resilience. Sessions will include instruction on guided practice and daily life integration as well as small group discussions.  
Free and open to all students, faculty, staff, and Charlottesville community members and guests. Prior registration is not required, and spots to participate are first come, first served, so participants are invited to arrive early to obtain a spot.
