Offered weekly, we will explore breath and balance; and rest and rejuvenation. Combining quiet individual work and group interactive games, we'll focus on relaxing both mind and body while improving attention and the ability to be present.

Free and open to all students, faculty, staff, and community members/guests. Prior registration is not required, and participation is on a first come, first served basis. Participants are invited to arrive early to secure a spot.
