Clemons Contemplative Rm 220

This class focuses on poses that promote relaxation, restoration, and rejuvenation through the use of props that help relieve the effects of chronic stress, including weakness and fatigue brought on by the stressors of our daily lives. (Examples of props include blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps, etc.)

Free and open to all students, faculty, staff, and community members/guests. Prior registration is not required, and participation is on a first come, first served basis. Participants are invited to arrive early to secure a spot.
