Join us for a relaxing and reflective evening to help us to settle our minds and unwind. We will begin each class with a personal check-in about the day, followed by a new breathing and relaxation meditation technique. No previous meditation experience necessary.  

Free and open to all students, faculty, staff, and community members/guests. Prior registration is not required, and participation is first come, first served. Participants are invited to arrive early to obtain a spot.
