In this series you will learn how yoga can help reduce stress while increasing fitness, health, and overall well-being. Each week you will learn basic yoga poses and breathing techniques as well as ways to integrate these mind/body wellness tools into your daily life.
The first series will run from Sept. 10 - Oct. 15 and then will repeat starting the following week from Oct. 22 - Nov. 26.
Instructor: Elaine Waksmunski
This series is open to all UVA students, faculty, and staff as well as community members. No prior registration is necessary. Registration will take place in person during the first two classes. Space is limited to 15 participants.
