Yoga is the practice of uniting the mind and body in a series of postures or as meditation in motion. The yoga practiced in each section will be determined by the instructor. All yoga classes focus on a series of postures that strengthen the muscles, increase flexibility, energize the body, and cultivate mental and emotional calmness. The class will begin with instruction on basic postures and progress to an intermediate level.
This class has five sections and each section has different time, location and instructor: 
1) Tue, Thu 8:00-9:15 AM, Memorial Gym MP120, Sarah Mosely
2) Mon, Wed, Fri 9:00-9:50 AM, Memorial Gym MP120, Ann Mazur
3) Tue, Thu 2:00-3:15 PM, Aquatic & Fitness Center MP1, John Bultman
4) Tue, Thu 8:00-9:15 AM, Aquatic & Fitness Center MP1, Ann Mazur
5) Mon, Wed, Fri 10:00-10:50 AM, Memorial Gym MP120, John Bultman
