Are you interested in meditation but not sure how to get started?  Join us! We will explore how to incorporate meditation into your busy schedule, investigate the best meditations for beginners, and the ones that help us manage stress and promote relaxation. We'll dive into how to navigate the world of mediation apps, and much more. We encourage you to sign up for the whole 3 week session to receive email updates and content week by week.

We're offering three sections consisting of four Thursday evening classes. Exception: the last section has three classes. The material will be the same for each section, but you may repeat a section if you'd like!
