Take some time this semester to invest in your own self care by exploring simple techniques to restore a sense of balance in your body and mind. In the course of three weeks we will explore topics such as working with zoom fatigue, understanding interoception, balance of activity vs stillness and rest, and positive states of mind that promote states of wellbeing. Each session will run for a span of three weeks, meeting once per week. We encourage you to sign up for the whole 3 week session to receive email updates and content week by week.
