Intro to Mindfulness Meditation

Clemons Contemplative Rm 220

This class will instruct on the basics of mindfulness meditation such as awareness of the breath, body, emotions, and thoughts. In addition, focus will be on practical applications of meditation in daily life to increase awareness, focus, resiliency and wellness. Sessions will include guided meditations and group discussions.
Prior registration is not required, and spots to participate are first come, first served. Attendees are invited to arrive early to obtain a spot. 
Free and open to all students, faculty, staff, and community members/guests, especially those who are new to mindfulness practice.
