MONDAY 11/14/22 — CLASS WILL BE OFFERED ONLINE
CSC welcomes all UVA students, faculty, staff, and community members to join us for a one-hour community mindfulness session with Martha Rouleau, a trauma and grief-informed mindfulness and yoga instructor; Robin Alberston Wren, contemplative instructor; and Leslie Hubbard, CSC Program Director of Student Engagement and Contemplation.
Time: 7:00–8:00pm (ET)
Location: Zoom 
Join CSC instructors on Mondays for healthy snacks and facilitated mindfulness practice in a safe and supportive space. No previous experience required. We will explore different kinds of mindfulness practices each week with guest instructors throughout the semester.

Regularly practicing mindfulness—taking the time to intentionally focus on the present moment without judgment—will make you feel and function better. Practicing with others also gives you a much-needed sense of social connection and belonging. Mindfulness can help relieve stress, build resilience, and help you focus. 
 
A Friday morning Mindfulness Meetup is also offered by CAPS.
