Join us for a weekly exploration of mindfulness-based practices that nurture our ability to meet life’s challenges from centered alignment and wise action. This class will be an experiential journey into the science and practice of resilience through meditation, mindful movement, reflection, and discussion. True resilience allows us to meet challenges in a way that leverages our human capacity for creativity, connection, care, and courage instead of collapsing into the unhealthy aspects of our fight, flight, and freeze response. This class is perfect for folks with any level of experience with mindfulness, and it can be taken as a series or as a drop-in class.
