This class is part of CSC's Night Owl Yoga VIRTUAL Class Series, co-sponsored with UVA's IM-REC Sports. 
 
Night Owl Yoga classes are free and open to everyone: all UVA students, faculty, staff, and community members. All levels and experiences welcome including those who have no prior yoga experience.

Each class explores a slightly different style of yoga practice. Night Owl yoga classes are offered weekly on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights (Thursday Flow Yoga has resumed to meeting in-person). 

Flow classes combine elements from Hatha and Flow yoga styles. This class will begin and end with a short meditation and breathing exercises and flow from active standing poses to restorative and relaxing postures.
