Night Owl Yoga for Anxiety: Tuesdays

Every Tuesday from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM
All levels and experiences welcome including those who have no prior yoga experience. Each class explores a slightly different style of yoga practice. Night Owl yoga classes are offered weekly on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights.
We are all feeling some sense of anxiety right now, and we don’t have to struggle with that alone. Yoga is a powerful tool for learning to manage difficult emotions like anxiety, sadness, loneliness, fear, and disappointment. Let’s gather together, breathe together, and deal with it all together. The class is about connection, movement, and centering, not perfection. This is an inclusive class open to everyone: all bodies, skin colors, ethnicities, identities, and abilities are welcomed and celebrated here.
