Night Owl Yoga - Spring 2024

Night Owl yoga classes are held weekly Monday through Thursday. Each class explores a different style of yoga practice.

These in-person Night Owl Yoga classes are free for students and are open to everyone with an UVA Recreation's gym membership including all UVA students, faculty, staff, and community members.

All levels are welcome including those who have no prior yoga experience. Mats are provided.
Mondays & Wednesdays: Night Owl Vinyasa Flow
Night Owl Vinyasa Flow synchronizes breath and movement with quicker paced yoga flows that will increase endurance, strength, and flexibility.  For more information, check UVA Recreation's website here.
Tuesdays: Night Owl Yoga Flow
Night Owl Yoga Flow combines elements from Hatha and Flow yoga styles. This class will begin and end with a short meditation and breathing exercises and flow from active standing poses to restorative and relaxing postures. For more information, check UVA Recreation's website here.
Thursdays: Night Owl Yoga Strength
Challenge the limits of your body and mind. This class focuses on building and engaging core strength through slightly longer holds of poses that will have you moving, breathing, and sweating.
