This is an all-level class offered via Zoom.

Please come and go as you wish within the 2 hour block. Beginners should arrive at 6:30am or 8:30am.

In this class, we help you create a tailored and sustainable yoga practice no matter what your level of experience is. Start your day off in a new light and with a deeper breath!

SUNDAYS

LED PRIMARY SERIES ASHTANGA YOGA
Sunday, Sept. 20, Oct. 4 & 18, and Nov. 8.
10:00-11:30am
Free

In person at the basketball courts (near the Curry School of Education and Human Development and the Dell). Class will be followed by a socially distanced "bring-your-own-food" potluck and Q&A.

In person outdoors: Class size will be limited to 20 persons with no adjustments. There will be more than 10 feet of space between mats. Additionally, students should bring their own mat, wear a mask, complete UVA Healthcheck, and remain socially distant (over 6 feet apart).

ASHTANGA NIGHT OWL YOGA
Sundays, 8:00-9:00pm
Free

Night Owl Yoga is free and open to everyone online. In-person classes are offered free as well for those with an IM-Rec membership. The series is offered in partnership with UVA IM-Rec Sports and Common Ground Healing Arts

Have fun with us as we flow through vinyasa and explore parts of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga tradition. Modifications will be given.
