Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, movements, breathing techniques, and focused intention. It is a low-impact form of exercise that can be practiced by people of all fitness levels, and it is a fun way to get a good workout while developing power, stability, coordination, flexibility, and ease in both body and mind.
Sessions are free and open to all students, faculty, staff, and Charlottesville community members and guests. Prior registration is not required. Participation is first come, first served, so attendees are invited to arrive early to secure a spot.
Instructor: Geoff Cox
