This class has five sections and each section has different time: 
Tuesday, Thursday 8:00 - 9:15am
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00 - 9:50am
Monday, Wednesday 3:45 - 5:00pm
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00 - 8:50am
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10:00 - 10:50am
Tuesday, Thursday 12:30 - 1:45pm
Yoga is the practice of uniting the mind and body in a series of postures or as meditation in motion. The yoga practiced in each section will be determined by the instructor. All yoga classes focus on a series of postures that strengthen the muscles, increase flexibility, energize the body, and cultivate mental and emotional calmness. The class will begin with instruction on basic postures and progress to an intermediate level.
