Daily drawing practice establishes the foundation of concentration, curiosity, and perceptual capacities that are essential to artistic expression. "Drawing as Contemplative Practice" approaches drawing as an observational, expressive, and experiential discipline, with a particular emphasis on how drawing can be harnessed as a tool for rigorous self-inquiry and for cultivating mindfulness.
