Indulge in self-care as you sink into 60 minutes of deep release and relaxation. This restorative yoga class is intended to ease mental and physical tension in a lasting way.
Guided meditation and gentle breath work are interwoven to help center you within your practice. This is a non-flow class accessible to all shapes, sizes, and abilities.
