This is a free drop-in class that is open to all — both the UVA and Charlottesville communities.

Can't get to sleep or waking up at night? Learn some simple, efficient yoga techniques for restoring better sleep. We will work on basic yoga postures, utilizing the breath in movement to explore ways to help relax mind and body for quality rest.

CSC offers free drop-in programs in Contemplative Room 220, located on the second floor of Clemons Library. The room is also a reservable space for contemplative practices and serves as a quiet, drop-in space at all other times.
 
WHEN: All classes meet weekly from January 21 - April 30 and follow the UVA academic calendar. 
 
WHO: All classes are open to all UVA students, faculty, staff, and community members/guests. (unless otherwise noted in the program details.) 
 
FREE: All classes are free to all participants. 
 
Registration is not required, participation is first come, first served. Participants are encouraged to arrive early to secure a spot. 
 
GIFT CARD! We are giving away  Juice Laundry gift cards to all those who attend 20 classes from from January 21 - April 30. Just fill up a punch card, which are available from class instructors.
