Feeling stressed?  Wishing for a good night's sleep?

A growing number of research studies are touting the benefits of yoga for managing the stress response. Learn to work with the time-tested tools of yoga to help manage your stress, relieve your anxiety, and gain better rest. We will learn some basic breath-centered āsana (the postures) to ease your physical body, some simple prāṇāyāma (breathing practices) to help restore balance, and some meditation techniques to help soothe your mind.
