Explore the timeless techniques of Yoga to help manage your emotional well-being. Join Robin Lilly, Certified Yoga Therapist, to learn some simple breath and movement to help you ease the tension of daily life. We will alternate each week, studying the energetics of Bṛṁhaṇa and Langhana using āsana (movement), prāṇāyāma (breath work), meditation, and some simple chanting.
