Too much sitting? Your back will certainly tell you. Join Robin Lilly, Certified Yoga Therapist to learn some simple breath and movement that can help you ease back tension. Any of these sessions will help most areas of the back, but we will focus particularly on a specific area each week. Adaptations will be offered for postures as necessary.
