Reminder: There is no class on January 20 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

Learn to utilize the timeless techniques of yoga to improve focus, relieve stress, and transform your perspective. The class will cover basic yoga postures, utilize the breath in movement, and explore options to help focus the mind.

Instructor: Robin Lilly

CSC offers free drop-in programs in Contemplative Room 220, located on the second floor of Clemons Library. The room is also a reservable space for contemplative practices and serves as a quiet, drop-in space at all other times.

WHENAll CSC contemplative classes meet weekly from January 21 - April 30 and follow the UVA academic calendar. 

WHO: All classes are open to all UVA students, faculty, staff, and community members/guests. (unless otherwise noted in the program details.) 

FREE: All classes are free to all participants. 

Registration is not required, participation is first come, first served. Participants are encouraged to arrive early to secure a spot. 

GIFT CARD! We'll be giving away gift cards to the Juice Laundry for all those who attend 20 classes from from January 21 - April 30. Just fill up a punch card, which are available from class instructors.
