Yoga for Stress Relief

CSC has transitioned classes to an online platform. View the schedule here. All classes are free and open to the public. 
 
The drop-in classes held in Clemons Library are canceled indefinitely. 


Learn how to utilize the timeless techniques of yoga to improve focus, relieve stress, and transform your perspective. The class will cover basic yoga postures, utilize the breath in movement, and explore options to help focus the mind.

Instructor: Robin Lilly

WHEN: All classes meet weekly from January 21 - April 30 and follow the UVA academic calendar. 
 
FREE: All classes are free to all participants. 
 
Registration is not required, participation is first come, first served. Participants are encouraged to arrive early to secure a spot. 
 
GIFT CARD! We are giving away  Juice Laundry gift cards to all those who attend 20 classes from from January 21 - April 30. Just fill up a punch card, which are available from class instructors.
