Erin Lee Henshaw
Erin Lee Henshaw is an entrepreneur and mindfulness facilitator specializing in trauma-informed yoga, breath work and mindset programs.  After spending five years working with expat ventures in China, she returned to the US to teach and incubate her company, The Mind Body Project, at the UVA iLab. Her company brings mindfulness programs to companies, schools and communities. Erin has studied Hatha Yoga in Rishikesh India, LifeForce Yoga, Mindful Schools, Zap Chen, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) for teachers and parents. She has recently started to learn more about free diving and cold exposure, and loves to travel the world in search of tea, countryside cuisine, road biking routes and contemplative communities.
Erin loves to create unique and creative mindfulness programs for individuals and groups. For example, she has worked with entrepreneurs to better access their gut feelings, Greek Life at UVA for Mindful Communication and teachers who want to bring their own self-care practice into the classroom.  Erin is currently working with a few Charlottesville companies and mindful parenting groups to integrate mindfulness practices into real life.
