Free Weekly Yoga Class for the School of Architecture

Tuesdays from 12:15-1:15pm in Campbell Hall Room 405 (4th floor)
Free beginner-friendly yoga class for all School of Architecture students, faculty, and staff. Wear non-restricting, comfortable clothing (doesn't have to be gym-wear). Bring a yoga mat if you have one, and a towel to go underneath (since Campbell 405 has a concrete floor).
John Campbell, a founding member of the new UVa Contemplative Sciences Center, will teach a free weekly yoga class on Tuesdays from 12:15pm-1:15pm in Campbell 405. The first class will be held Tuesday, January 14, 2014. The inspiration behind the class is to use community-experience yoga to better connect our minds, bodies and spirits to the A-School ethos of holistic, optimal living.
