Begin or Renew Your Ashtanga Yoga Practice And Get Happier and Healthier this Year
3-DAY YOGA WORKSHOP
In these one-hour sessions over three days, you’ll learn the fundamentals of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, an historic and structured mind-body practice that includes breathing and concentration techniques, physical postures, and key methods for cultivating deep relaxation and letting go. Whether you’re familiar and want to go deeper with Ashtanga Yoga or don’t know your downward dog from your triangle, this immersive experience is designed to help you build a sustainable yoga practice for better health and well-being.
SESSION 2: February 7-9, 7-8pm (exclusively for UVA students) REGISTER
