Hey students. Are you tired? Stressed? Anxious? Overwhelmed? Starting Monday, March 8, our team of UVA student interns will take to social media to challenge you with a short self-care or meditative practice to help you restore your energy and well-being in as few as 10 minutes a day. We’ll post these Daily10 well-being challenges to CSC’s Instagram and YouTube accounts. Post your participation on social with the hashtag #UVADaily10 and tag @uvacsc and you’ll be entered into a drawing for a $25 gift card at the end of the semester.
