Contemplative Commons
Join us Friday afternoons for these contemplative activities specially curated to help you reconnect with your body and feel refreshed for the weekend. (Sound Bath, T'ai Chi, Wind-down Yoga) For UVA students and community members as noted.
- Sound Bath: 2:00-3:00 pm, Studio 3D, with Karianne Michelle; (UVA students and community welcome) There will not be a sound bath on 5/2. (T'ai Chi and Wind-Down Yoga will be held as planned.)
- T'ai Chi: 3:00-4:00 pm, Studio 3C, with Hiromi Johnson; (UVA students only. Non-students may attend this Monday class.)
- Wind-Down Yoga: 3:00-4:30 pm, Studio 1B, with Allie Redshaw (UVA students only)
