Ashtanga Yoga Program
Our Ashtanga Yoga program and signature Mysore classes are led by Certified Instructor John Bultman, who is featured in our Ashtanga Primary Series Posters. The goal of our program is to help people of all levels develop a sustainable yoga practice for greater health and well-being.
Classes will be mask-free for vaccinated people. Ashtanga classes will resume January 3, 2022. Online classes are free and open to the public.

Weekly Mysore Ashtanga Yoga Sessions
This is an all-level class, and participants may come and go as they wish during the scheduled session time.
When: Monday-Thursdays 6:30-8:30am and Friday 6:30-7:30am

NEW Ashtanga Yoga Improv (starting January 19, 2022)
Come enjoy this Vinyasa-flow yoga class based on the principles of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. We’ll move slowly to link the breath and movement (vinyasa) and build a moving meditative yoga practice just for you! Class is for everyone.
