Drop-In Classes for Fall 2019
NOTE: T'ai Chi has moved from the UVA Garden to Contemplative Room 220, in Clemons Library, effective November 6, 2019.
CSC offers free drop-in classes in CSC's Contemplative Room 220 located on the second floor of Clemons Library. Room 220 is also a reservable space for contemplative practices. At times when classes are not in session, it serves as a quiet, drop-in space.
WHEN: All classes meet weekly from September 2 - December 6 and follow the UVA calendar. Clemons Library hours. There are no classes October 5-8; and November 27-December 1.
WHO: All classes are open to all UVA students, faculty, staff, and community members/guests. (unless otherwise noted in the program details.)
FREE: All classes are free to all participants.
Registration is not required, participation is first come, first served. Participants are encouraged to arrive early to secure a spot.
- Night Owl Yoga is a free drop-in class offered Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday 8-9pm at the Aquatic Fitness Center (AFC IM Rec) Room MP1)

Yoga mats, meditation cushions, and other supplies for the room are available for use in the space: please check with the student workers at the second-floor main desk or with Katie Densberger, Director of the Georges Student Center (434-924-1285), to request access to the supplies for Room 220.
