We have transitioned our drop-in classes to an online platform! All classes are free and open to the public.

Tuesdays: Hatha - Gentle Flow Yoga with Elyse Cooner, 12:00-1:00pm EST 
Tuesdays: Yoga for All Bodies with Benita Mayo, 5:30-6:30pm EST  
Wednesdays: Yoga for Better Sleep with Robin Lilly, 12-1pm EST
Wednesdays: T'ai Chi with Hiromi Johnson, 5:30-6:30pm  EST 

Thursdays: Mindfulness Meditation with Robin Alberston-Wren, 5:30-6:30pm EST

Fridays: Qi Gong with Hiromi Johnson, 12:00-1:00pm EST

This is a free, all-level class via Zoom for students who have previously practiced with John Bultman. Come and go as you wish within the 2 hour block. Please email John for login information at

This is a free 30 minute beginner's yoga class to orient students to Mysore yoga appropriate for all levels.
