We have transitioned our drop-in classes to an online platform! All classes are free and open to the public.

Tuesdays: Yoga for All Bodies with Benita Mayo, 5:30-6:30pm EST  
Wednesdays: Yoga for Better Sleep with Robin Lilly, 12-1pm EST
Wednesdays: T'ai Chi with Hiromi Johnson, 5:30-6:30pm  EST

Mysore Ashtanga Yoga — Mysore Zoom Room
Mondays-Thursdays, 7:00-9:00am EST. 
This is a free, all-level class via Zoom for students who have previously practiced with John Bultman. Come and go as you wish within the 2 hour block. Please email John for login information at jgb3u@virginia.edu.

Led Primary Series Ashtanga Yoga 
Fridays, 8:00-9:30am EST. Free. Please email John Bultman for login information at jgb3u@virginia.edu.  

Yoga Basics
Monday-Thursdays, 9:00-9:30am EST
This is a free 30 minute beginner's yoga class to orient students to Mysore yoga appropriate for all levels.
