Schedules for our ongoing Ashtanga classes and contemplative practice classes
All classes are held online, are free, and are open to the public. All times listed follow the Eastern time zone.

NIGHT OWL YOGA
Every Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM

ASHTANGA YOGA with John Bultman - Free
Mysore will meet over the school calendar break however, during November,  December and January Mysore will not meet the following days:

November 25-30, 2020 (moon day)
December 14 , 24, 25, 29 (December 14 and 29 are moon days)
January 1, 2021
 
The spring schedule starts January 4, 2021!
All Classes are FREE, ONLINE and will follow the schedule below. All times follow the Eastern time zone.

Monday-Thursday, 6:30-8:30AM, Friday 6:30-7:30AM, Sunday 8-10AM

This is an all-level class offered via Zoom. 
Free

Please come and go as you wish within the 2 hour block.

Beginners should arrive at 6:30am or 8:30am.

Have fun with us as we flow through vinyasa and explore parts of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga tradition. Modifications will be given.
