He is the Assistant Vice President responsible for both HR Consulting Services and Employee Development. With nearly 20 years of human resources experience, he has worked in higher education as well as in nonprofit and corporate sectors. As a consultant and facilitator, he has worked with individuals and organizations all over the country on strategic planning, assessments, team building, change-management, and other development efforts.
He incorporates mindfulness and yoga into his daily life and has introduced contemplative practices into Employee Development programming available to all U.Va. faculty and staff through the Human Resources Leadership Development Center.
