The Daily Progress featured the 2023 Dalai Lama Fellows Contemplative Leadership Assembly held at UVA July 28-August 1, 2023.
More than 60 young leaders from 27 different countries gathered at the annual event as part of a one-year fellowship that integrates contemplation and social-emotional skills—including self-awareness, resilience, and compassion—with leadership and social change projects.
