Chris trained in the foothills of Northern California's Sierra Nevada mountains. She has spent the last ten years creating a deeply grounded yoga practice blending the flow of Ashtanga style vinyasa with the precision of Iyengar's work. Her ability to deliver thoughtful, accurate cues and her down-to-earth teaching style will appeal to brand new beginners and highly experienced yogis alike. In Chris' classes, students will learn to embody the principle that support always precedes action and they will discover new ways to create space in their bodies so that energy can flow with unparalleled freedom. Chris is able to teach vinyasa-style yoga, Hatha yoga, gentle yoga, Yin yoga, chair yoga, hospital bed yoga, and yoga Nidra.
