CCI asks that those who use the room, keep it as they found it, if not better. There are many cushions, blankets and other items to support contemplation, comfort and resilience practices. Please allow time during your own practice or self-care to straighten the room up when you are done so it can be ready for the next visitors.

To inquire about reserving the room for a contemplative workshop or research, please contact Hannah Crosby. The Compassionate Care Initiative offers a variety of self-care opportunities that are free and open to the public. Visit CCI's website for the current schedule.
