Malaika Rehman is a third-year student at the Batten School, double majoring in Politics. She currently serves as a Communications Assistant at the Contemplative Sciences Center. Outside of her work at the center, Malaika is involved in many organizations on Grounds, including The Cavalier Daily, the Muslim Students Association, and Formative Change Group Consulting (FCG) at Batten. She is also currently interning on Josh Thomas’s campaign for Delegate in Virginia’s 21st District. Outside of academics and work, Malaika enjoys making coffee and matcha, taking walks, and occasionally playing the violin.
