Tom Ellis is the Assistant Facilities Manager for the Contemplative Commons at the University of Virginia. Before joining the team, he served as Facilities Manager for Student Affairs at UVA, bringing a wealth of experience in campus operations. Prior to his time at UVA, Tom spent 16 years as a Technical Director in live theater, honing his expertise in managing complex, dynamic environments.

Tom holds an MFA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BFA from East Carolina University. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the trails and historic sites of Charlottesville with his wife and son.
